CONTACT INFO 48 Palilula Municipal citizens will receive requests from March 22 2010, on weekdays from 08:00-20:00 hours, and on Saturdays from 08:00-15:00 hours and direct them to competent institutions and enterprises. So far the agreements on cooperation have been signed with: Gorica Public Enterprise, Public Enterprise Directorate of City Development, City Planning Institute, Mediana Public Enterprise, Public Enterprise Naisus, Public Enterprise Nišstan, Public Enterprise Unified Billing, Public Enterprise Parking Service, City plant Public Enterprise, Public Utility Market, Public Enterprise NTV, City Public Housing Agency, Public Enterprise Tourist Organization of Nis, the Center for Social Work "Sveti Sava" Nis Police Administration, Tax Administration of Nis, Nis ED Southeast, the Department for Planning and Construction Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department for Education and Culture, Department for communal activities, Energy and Transport, Department for the property and inspection Affairs, Department of citizens and the general state of affairs, Department of Economics, Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection, Department of finance, local government revenues and public procurement, the Administration for Children's, social and primary health care, Public Affairs of the City of Nis, Public Affairs Mayor of the City of Nis, Public Affairs of the City Council, service and maintenance of ICT, Niš District, Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. Citizens` submitted requests will be processed within 48 hours, at which time applicants will receive feedback. SENDING/ RECEIVING CITIZENS` REQUESTS
CONTACT CENTER INFO 48 is a unique information system which will within only 48 hours, in cooperation with the competent authority, Public Utility Services and the City of Nis, Nis administrative district, Tax office, police administrations and other organizations, deal with citizens requirements. The development of INFO 48 system in Palilula Municipality, will firm the position of local government in the region, facilitate the attraction of investments and create new jobs. Palilula Municipality, as a responsible organization of local self-government of the City of Nis, in 2009 achieved very significant results.
